About Us

Jim has over 20 years of private club experience as a Business Manager, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for various private clubs. Jim has consulted with various other clubs and real estate projects for the past thirteen years. Prior to his private club experience, he was a CPA with Deloitte and Touche and worked in various financial positions in the real estate area, including feasibility studies, marketing studies and business valuations for golf course projects. He is currently the President and COO of Plus Fore.

Tod is the Chairman of Planned Communities, which is one of the Midwest's largest residential and commercial real estate development companies. Tod has personally consulted on numerous golf course/real estate projects throughout his career. Tod is one of the principals of Plus Fore.
